Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I would have loved to stay longer working with Red Pineapple Media, but unfortunately I had to return to my university studies in the UK.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The office itself is just as you would imagine from a start up, fun and quirky, great place to work, and stay for drinks and table tennis on a Friday evening!! Awesome location right in the middle of Kreuzberg, absolutely spoilt for choice when it comes to lunch options.
Kommunikation
Management were always on hand to offer advice in weekly 1:1 meetings and I never felt as if I couldn't ask for help when needed/bring up any problems.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Friendly office vibe, small enough that everyone gets to know each other and really feel like a team.
Work-Life-Balance
Very reasonable with flexibility, all you have to do is ask.
