Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
* There are plenty of career opportunities going forward.
* We are working with the latest technologies
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
* Infrastructure is insufficient. This is a completely internet based company, but it only has a 50MBit line, non redundant, very bad WiFi and the work place ergonomy is way too bad.
* Generally, the management appears extremely stingy
* Not much room for creativity

Reality does not quite fit the image. Image I guess is very polished, but internal structure is somewhat chaotic. But that is an effect of moving out of Startup into a proper Company. This also requires people with high motivation which are able to self-manage to a certain level.
