It is important for an applicant to understand the reason for a rejection. Not answering to emails or ghosting is a poor procedure and puts your company in bad light.
Sent application the beginning of April 2020 and got a response.
Did the first interview and went well then they sent me instructions for a presentation to create in 6 days (working time). The task was very vague and no data, but that would need to last 30 minutes. I sent back the task on time.
After that i have not received any answer for almost 2 weeks even if I asked twice via email to have feedback and why there were not communicating with me.
This is so unprofessional for a company that does not consider his candidates and says a lot. A candidate needs to have a feedback whatever is the result of the presentation, negative or positive. Candidates spend time to make these presentations for this kind of companies, maybe after work and maybe also during their weekends. They should be threaten with respect and not just people that in trust put their ideas in a presentation that is basically kept by the company. Very frustrating and I am speechless about this treatment, i would have never expect.
