Fairness and trust are non-existent, people only praise themselves and criticise others. There is a healthy environment of talking behind your back.
Kommunikation
Colleagues seem to be disturbed by other people talking. Best is not to say anything. That way you don't raise interest in your person which might end up in unpleasant meeting and bad mood.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is a lot of whispering in the office. However, everybody somehow gets the news about him. The grapevine is fuelled every day, there are pros in this company mastering rumours and bad feedback. In general the environment is hostile and toxic.
Work-Life-Balance
Most people are supposed to work extra hours. It is best not to have friends or family. If so you have to comprise a lot or stand regular interrogation. Flexible working hours exist somewhere else.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Superiors have the last word, people are supposed to follow without questioning decisions. Yours peers empower themselves and try to influence decision not in your favour. People management skills are scarce.
Interessante Aufgaben
Sometimes I am asking myself what my role in this company is and what service CCR is really delivering. Tasks are routine and not very interesting.
Gleichberechtigung
If you are different in any way, please look for another company. Only colleagues that are similar might be accepted-but never fully.

The older the person, the longer he is in the company, the more he has to say.

There is coffee in the office-the highlight in the morning.
