CTO and CEO changed in the last 5 years 3 times, I mean we had 3 CTOs and 3 CEOs turn over, something is def. not working.
CEO is not adequate with no ambitiuos and not vision, having old ideas in 2024.
People get fired also without motivation, look at the feedback from 2019, mentioning wolfs.
Positive feedbacks are given either by HRs or by trainee.
Code does not go in production quite often
Conflicting atmosfhere, incresed by agile coaches.
If you can, avoiud this place, you will not learn much and waste your time

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your perception of RISK IDENT to the time you left our company. It is true that we lived through some tough and partially chaotic times in 2018 and 2019 when the founder of the company left due to irreconcilable differences with the rest of the management team. Ever since then we did our best to steer the RISK IDENT ship into calmer waters and believe we did quite well. Our current CTO took over two years ago and both of our Co-CEOs are in their positions since 2020 (but are with the company since 2017 & 2019 already). Our annual employee survey shows an increasing satisfaction over the last 4 years and our turnover rate is below 2% since 2021.
