Generally a positive vibe in the workplace and there is a want from the management that people enjoy working in the company. The company events are really fun with everybody getting involved. There are lots of frequent sports events too.

Was a lot more fun as a smaller company. A big office, lots of home office in the past couple of years, and A LOT of new hires in the past couples of years have made it weird to come into the office.

In my position it's easy to stop and start work at the start and end of the working hours. However it appears that those in managerial positions have a tougher time adhering to the work hours.

Thank you so much for spending the time to leave us a review! It's great to hear that you like the vibe in the company. The management's desire for everyone to feel comfortable is genuinely an outstanding aspect at samedi.
You have also mentioned growth and its challenges. More employees also mean more responsibility which we are aware of and which we embrace. Thatswhy we are constantly improving the conditions for the samedipeople to make them feel comfortable. Here are some of the projects we are currently working on to achieve this:
– As the development of our employees is incredibly important to us, we are setting up a new position dedicated to taking care of this. We want the samedipeople to be encouraged in their development.
– We like the pleasant atmosphere in people terms to be reflected in the design of our office. So, we are redesigning the office piece by piece until everyone is happy. Efficient work meets relaxed breaks.
– We believe that personal exchange in a growing company is not only possible but enormously important. Hence we are creating a whole roadmap of micro-events to offer long-term and new employees the possibility to get to know each other better. We are humans, not machines.
