I do not understand how an interview that consists exclusively of talking is really representing the applicants technical knowledge and skills. More accurate would be an assessment.
There are good applicants out there even if they are not a fan of the star method. My advice is to get out of the tunnel view. Also, bachelor degrees in IT is really not required

Honestly I am feeling a bit disrespected by my interviewer. Yawning while I am talking without hiding it behind a hand was obviously a sign for me to understand I am losing myself while I am talking. I am completely aware that i lost my point a bit but yawning into my face to show me I am boring him is just a no go. During an interview there is already an imbalance of power, abusing this by knowing I won’t complain because I want something from him is so rude and disrespectful.
