Most people are amazing and I enjoy spending time with them. You usually get supported by positivity and feedback which is a great motivator. There are a lot of after-work activities. The Partys are also nice.
That some of the heads do not care for the CEO's opinion and it's not them getting the scolding but you doing the work.
Also, the feedback from higher-ups is way too personal but if you say anything they will be passive-aggressive towards you to the point you get scared to even voice an opinion.
It also changes quickly depending on their mood and if you are a part of their clique or not.
Please keep in mind other departments work differently.
Definitely more vacation days.
I Cannot speak for other departments that much but the management style needs to change drastically.
I also think they should care more about employee concerns and not push them until they burn out.

You get a BVG Ticket..the salary is OK but generally, Gaming companies don't pay as much as perhaps a real estate company.

Horrific. Bring their own personal problems into work and let it out on you. They also cannot decide on what they want. Doing your own thing is also a no-go. Do it differently and you will be scolded severely. They also do not care for your point of view if you try it means you talk back too much.
Good they started to renovate and try to update the hardware

- Payment could be better
- there are stressful time, mainly when the vision for a new big update is changed or gets communicated too late
- super flat hierarchies don't allow for any big career jumps
Come up with your vision early and stick to it. Do not throw unplanned tasks at teams.
