The employer is continuing with recruitment process even at the time of corona crisis. Management is asking its employees to welcome newcomers while old employees are on 100 percent reduced working hours.

The management could have shown some solidarity (atleast 10% pay ?) for consultants who are in 100% reduced working hours rather than brokering a solidarity deal within project teams.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working atmosphere is good among the consultants, colleagues are really good and at times come out of their way to help you with some activities. But there is a fear among employees that slowly the pardigm is shifting towards Alten's working culture.
Kommunikation
Commnunication strategy needs detailed planning and transparency. Management is very slow in taking and communicating the decisions as every three months there is a change in management. Even at the time of crisis (Covid-19) the crisis mitigation meetings are of no help. There is a lack of communication within the management itslef leaving aside the communication with the consultants. Even though many colleagues are on reduced working hours with some on 100 percent work reduction but the management is very well focussed on recruitment process.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management considers the employees as numbers. Recently "I am your boss" attitude is clearly visible. There is utter disregard for employee satisfaction. At times the management tries to make it up by arranging some events but the reality is way different.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is relatively good comparing other competetors but social benefits are not so much

Scalian as a company has a good image among its customers mainly due to the hardwork of the consultants, offlate this image is being tarnished by abrupt changes in management.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There has been improvement under employee career build- up and training ideas as compared to last couple of years.
