There are some smart and interesting people working there, they tend to leave very quickly though.

- The quality of the work is suffering, because there is not enough time for each project.
- Sales are driving the analytic work.
- There is no understanding of the the analytics details required by senior leadership
- Some executives use intimidating strategies to force employees to for example sign a new contract (with worse conditions)

- Clients trust needs to be earned back
- HR needs to start realizing that they are a service to the company and their job is to make people feel welcome / no screaming / no gaslighting
