The communication for official announcements should be eased up ,so it can be more often.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The opinion of everybody is important.People are always esteemed and the results get acknowledged by the management.Open discussions are welcomed.
Kommunikation
Every second week there is a cross-department meeting where the results of the last two weeks, news and the upcoming projects are communicated.Sometimes there is a town-hall meeting in which the management presents numbers and goals.In my opinion this could be a bit more regular.

Work-Life-Balance
I never had problems planning my vacation.The total work time is fine for me and I'm free to choose when I want to do my work.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Since the management has changed last year everything got so much better .The doors are always open and problems are solved immediately without a big noise. Discussions are on-par and a different opinion is respected.I really like to work with my supervisor.
Interessante Aufgaben
The industry has very interesting challenges,which will be solved in a scrum process .There are so many brilliant ideas but unfortunately there is not enough man power to get things done.But as the company is in a big transition,has attractive upcoming projects and has a huge demand on the market,I'm positive that the team setup will grow and evolve.

We have a lot of women power!The moms are not disadvantaged.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We have a good mix of senior colleagues (which joined the company after the foundation in the late 90's) and new kids on the block (which bring new ideas into the company).
Arbeitsbedingungen
This is the one topic which has room for improvement.Although the rooms are really nice, the computers, displays, tables, chairs, and so on have to be refurbished!Since I worked here there were regular renovation activities around the building.Things I like: roof top terrace,aircons in each room, free coffee & water, enough space in multiple fridges.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The company pays good salaries for the industry.I never received the payment too late.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Since a few months every employee gets a personalized development plan with internal and external training options.Especially for the agile transformation we had a lot of training and workshops.It could still be better but it's moving into the right direction.
