Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very welcoming and kind atmosphere from day 1. Our leadership team and the whole team puts our cultural principles first. But I want to be honest, you should be very determined to reach your OKRs.
Kommunikation
The management and other people leaders communicate very often in form of meetings and stand ups and we - the team - are pretty much all well informed even during Corona.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
You are allowed to ask for help and help is given. :-) In return you are doing the same for other Sharpies.
Work-Life-Balance
This rating is more according to how I perceive it for the whole team. Very often you might not reach your results in a 40 hours working week. You may want to know this before joining Sharpist.

Extraordinary. So far I had no moment I felt uncomfortable or misjudged.
The leaders are kind, listen openly and offer solutions.

My position offers me a very wide range of tasks. Sometimes even too many. ;)

If you are over 35 years old - you are pretty much alone here. I am sure if we would have found the right "older" candidate they would be hired.

We are going to improve on that. You can get organic tea & coffee, recycling paper, renewable electricity, vegan/vegetarian breakfasts and much more. In 2021 we intend to make the office even more green. :-)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is very depended on many factors. For myself, I am not sure if paying market conforms to being fair at all. I'd rather prefer a model to pay more equal and better salaries for all employees within the company no matter what department they work for. Why should User Operations being paid less than Tech? Yes, this model has some issues, but the worth of a person should not be measured on how rare this postiton is or if this person comes from "this university" or if you know them longer personally. That's simply an issue of our time that spans across companies worldwide.
