More active HR engagement with the people would help in the long run. For locations such as in Munich where there is no Office to promote some activities also. Gym/Pool monthly pass would be some of the benefits for example.

In general there is no pressure for deliveries, for example even in situations where we estimate a project delivery and then we cannot deliver it in time. The communication with the team members is great, although the situation in Munich is also affected by the lack of office.

In general there are no strict limit especially after the pandemie on where should someone start/finish the work. There are sure the core business hours but if someone wants to go on holidays or to take a few hours off it is always accepted and no one will question about it.
Interessante Aufgaben
Perhaps it depends from my position, but indeed I have some of the most exciting products to work with. The core product we are building at Shiji Europe also is one of the most interesting product out there.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Shiji is not that regulated with strong KPI like culture when it comes to career path, however it is one of the companies that the hard work and commitment is always awarded. There are people who started as Junior Developers and now are Team Leads for example within a period of 5 years.
