Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

silver.solution has really astonishing atmosphere within team and with management. I have not seen such team spirit and meetings about technical issues in other companies. Moreover, scrum retrospectives were really cool, thanks to the scrum master.
But what I liked most in this company are their executives.
If your own ideas fit company goals then management gives you time and resources to work on your own concepts. Truly speaking it helped me a lot to learn new things and grow as a developer.
