Fair and supportive atmosphere although it is full-remote. Flat but clear hierarchies. Every employee is responsible for the own outcome. Goals are ambitious but SMART and also motivating.
Kommunikation
Very transparent communication culture. Management communicates very clear, no discussion is hidden. Sometimes a bit chaotic in cross functional positions as a lot of projects running at the same time, but improvements are planned and feedback from employees will be implemented.

This company is a club Everyone is pulling together and this although the company is 100%-remote. Unbeatable!
Work-Life-Balance
I don't know of any company that does it better. You can work whenever you want and from anywhere you are. You can take vacation whenever you want and as much as you need. Chat based communication and meeting recordings allow to jump into topics, whenever it fits best for each employee.

All leaders are fair and supportive on all fronts. The company is quite young and hires mostly experienced talents. So leaders are more in charge of developing strategies, solving blockers, structuring processes and motivating their teams.

Definitely! So much is going on and everything is outcome oriented and fast-moving. Everyone can really focus on the own role and outcome. Less monkey work as automatization for easy recurring tasks is welcome on all areas.

simpleclub delivers a product to pupils, students, trainees, parents, teachers, etc. which is very valuable for the society. There is no office = no daily way to work you have to take, so I guess it is environmentally friendly. Also the company is planting trees for users engagement.
