Job titles are meaningless in the Tech team e.g. a leadership role title employee is doing the work of a mid-senior role rather than managing/planning resources or helping in product roadmap leading team.
There is no clear separation of roles and responsibilities, hence there is no authenticity to the titles.
Many employees are promised a lot during recruitment interviews. But some then resign after observing that the role doesn't match the responsibilities.
e.g. a solution architect won't work at the level of a backend developer or a product owner won't work as a scrum master.
Responsibilities are forced on the employees citing budget and business importance without their consent.
Kommunikation
you are part of the Tech team as long as you keep saying 'Yes Boss'. The day you say 'No', heavy resistance is ready for you to meet.
Usually, this culture is an indication of promotion based on the number of years spent in the organization rather than talent.
Obedience is expected from junior-level employees to leadership which is not healthy.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
most of the fresh employees under Tech are very supportive of each other as they know how bad the situation is.
The worst part is the leadership forces you to attend after-work activities which are of 0 productivity, resulting in no value addition to team building.
Also, all the sprint meetings are too long and points are repeated by leadership again and again just to make sure that they are heard and would be obeyed resulting in hour-long meetings.

in all my time here, I never heard of any big client using the product. Also, the client base is small hence the funds are quite unstable.
There are frequent cycles of hiring and firing.
Also, hours are reduced due to low budget in the name of work-life balance.

this is not an AI company. Also due to a lack of professionalism, young professionals might get the wrong image of a software company.
Whereas experienced professionals are bound to leave after a while.
