Kommunizieren was tatsächlich gebraucht wird und was nicht. Erfahrung, Motivation und Engagement waren es leider nicht.
The first step is an interview with a recruiter, afterwards you have a technical interview. Then you receive a coding task which is quite challenging to work on but manageable, they give you a week to work on the task. The last step is a remote onsite day where you basically get to know the team. It also includes technical conversations and a presentation of the task. You have a lot of conversations (with the team, a founder and also some others) but it's nice because you get to know the team and the company better.
I had to wait around 10 minutes until somebody came from outside and opened the door because the doorbell was not working, when I was inside people did not even say hello. From the three interviewers that were supposed to be there, only two were present, then suddenly to the surprise of all of us the third showed up in the last minute. We sat down. After they asked their questions and while I was answering to a question made by the first interviewer, the other two just left the room without even saying good bye or offering any excuse for this unexpected behavior.
My impression: very unprofessional/unfriendly working environment.
