I like everything - both working atmosphere, colleagues, my management, tasks. I feel that it's a good opportunity for me to develop myself, but also a comfortable place for work. Now I feel that it's a 100% match for me, I'm really happy with everything.
For now, I wasn't able to make use of quality management trainings, which took quite a lot of time during my onboarding. And probably, if later I will have to work with this I will have to redo it, because I will forget all the information. Now all the developers are assigned this trainings - but maybe (if it's possible) it would be better to narrow the group of people who need it and/or assign it later, before the person will have to work with this information.
What I liked, is that I was proposed to make phd connected with the company (even though I'm not planning to make it). And I really liked that we have a regular meetings about career development and the areas in which we want to develop our skills further. 4 stars - because I know that there is no secured full time position for me after graduation, and it's unclear for me and for everybody if there would be one.
I like that we are communicating very openly inside our team. So it is possible to really discuss problems, not just have formal discussions.

I work fully remote from the UK, however when I get the chance to travel into the head office (Munich, Germany) the atmosphere is always very nice. People are friendly, work environment is good with all the equipment you need. We always have nice catch ups together as a Team in the Kitchen with fun games, food&drink etc...
Even though I work fully remote the teams communicate via a mixture of technology including Teams and Slack which works well
Everyone here is supportive and collaborative when it comes to projects or tasks. So far, I haven’t experienced any micromanagement. It’s a great place to work and explore the potential of new ideas
