Working in a startup is clearly not a 9-5 job. But this is communicated in all job interviews right ahead and therefore ok. Options like home office and flexible working hours are offered and use by all almost employees. So even if we work a lot it is never a problem to make appointments for doctors or any other things during the day. I have never whitnessed any conflicts wrt holliday plannings.

All employees get the equipment they need and if something is missing, it will be ordered. Office rooms are bright and friendly. Only on really busy days it can get a little noisy.

Salaries are good, especially for a startup. Due to the size of the company there are no special additional programs, but they pay for public transport and food and drinks are allways available in the office.

The company encourages its employees to visit trainings on special fields or interest and is also paying for them. Internal workshops on special topics give the opportunity to learn from other colleagues. Additionally the job itself makes you learn a lot.
