There is a sympatic working environment in the team, lots of people are coming from different cultures, I personally am too not German. When you need/want some help about literally anything, you can always get it. In the office Dogs are allowed, working from home office is possible. They also provide equipments which you need to work from home. I find company events really cool too, doing something together as a team other than work is really fun with these people.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It would be better to have demo/sandbox systems for all SAP software that we work with, so when someone wants to try some developments first he/she can try it out in those environments.
