I am not aware of any misconduct but there is no clear plan from HR to increase the number of female workers in the development teams, which still lags behind compare to the rest of the industry.

Very well equipped when it comes to hardware but the building itself is poorly ventilated which leads to very dry and hot air over Spring und Summer... quite ironic for Hamburg. Typical German resistance against installing some sort of AC system...

Regularly donates to relevant NGOs. As a climate activist I believe our climate policies could be stronger nonetheless.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not many chances to be promoted given the slow (but steady) growth. I think restructuring could help, as well as trying to launch new products.
