What made it essentially impossible to continue working for the Studio
38 as a Senior Designer was receiving the (textbook discrimination) that
less experience designers including a Junior Designer, are earning a
higher salary. This fact demonstrated
existing inequalities and discrimination at the work place, inter alia
manifesting through unjustifiable and untransparent payment inequity.
