Top-down communication
For months I have been asked to remove this review, even through a lawyer without success, I stand by my word.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Data-driven decisions are lacking, for FMCG company products are very slow in reaching the market. They miss out on current trends, technologies for spotting product trends.
- Apparent poor coordination connection between marketing, supply chain & contract manufacturing.
- Very poor product life cycle management and long new product introduction.
- No clear KPIs, Job descriptions & OKRs, which result in a lack of vision and mission that permeates throughout the company.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It is a very rigid atmosphere where employees enter a workplace and do not exchange ideas, there is no sense of community or belonging. However, they make it clear on their webpage by stating that they are not a start-up so one should expect such an environment.
Kommunikation
Management provides very limited feedback to the employees, behaviours are assessed on a case by case basis, most of the time not even shared. The major problem: clear communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Since management discourages talking, in my opinion, friendships are kept to a minimum.

No clear job descriptions it is difficult to assess effectively. No childcare was available when I worked there in 2018-2019. Now there is, as I was contacted by Kununu to change this review.

The nature of the business itself is to be compliant with the required laws, but there is no further effort to protect the environment. Little effort is put into ensuring a transparent and compliant supply chain.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They are very responsible, salaries are always paid on time, however, in my case, I was suggested to be bill the hours at a normal full-time rate. I sent supportive documentation to Kununu about this, including screenshots of the conversations and contract.

Their idea of an international company is to have employees from diverse countries. The English language is not the native language of management, it was hard for me to understand them.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not many options for advancement. When suggested to management the need to offer advancements, they deny it. This mentality highlights the value of employees. Long term employees are a hindrance to the company's performance or a killer of creativity in this case as no enrichment of skills is encouraged
