It depends on the team. There are teams that welcome you or you are in a team where you are not welcomed. You realise that there is no team spirit across the other teams, that everyone is in it for themselves. When I was there, it was a given that in the end it became more and more difficult to plan one's own time. It is best to come from 08:00 a.m. until 19:00 p.m.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In my case, my manager was both professionally and personally unacceptable. Professionally: they couldn't answer simple technical questions clearly without appearing insecure and asking for an answer from outside. they took topics that were developed autonomously for their own benefit instead of giving praise to the respective team members, the main thing being that they looked good in front of the C-management. I expect my manager to be able to deal with criticism and not take it personally and to show empathy instead of bossing and mismanaging you so that you quit on your own and get congratulations for that.

IT equipment is good and the office is well located. unfortunately the premises are dark and there is no place where you can have lunch in peace without the CEO watching you from his glass door or eating in peace as there is no kind of staff room. There isn't enough water because the water filter isn't up to the task of letting out enough water, which makes it uncomfortable in the summer. The cleanliness of the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired, despite the dishwasher, the dishes are not clean. You should consider buying new ones.
