Despite being a modern translation agency with young employees, the working atmosphere is rather heavy. This is because employees are usually promoted by seniority and not by competence, so team leaders often lack managerial skills and there is a strong tendency to micromanagement.
Kommunikation
Important decisions are made by bosses and employees are rarely involved. Showing dissent is mostly viewed negatively and is unfortunately reflected in performance reviews.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are very nice and open colleagues with whom it is nice to spend a lunch break or have a coffee. However, the practice of badmouthing each other is widespread, and a competitive atmosphere is thus established.
Work-Life-Balance
Overtime is not paid but is compensated with free time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unfortunately, many team leaders are not sufficiently trained from a managerial point of view. Important decisions are made without communicating with employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are interesting, but in some teams it happens that the most interesting jobs are only given to employees who have been with the company the longest. Consequently, even if an employee has worked for many years in other agencies, it is likely that he/she will still be regarded as a newcomer to the company and that his/her previous skills will not be appreciated.

Gender equality is widely respected. However, older employees and/or those who work more often in the office are preferred.

There are older colleagues who are welcoming and friendly. However, this does not apply to everyone and new employees are often put through the wringer even if they have years and years of work experience behind them.
Arbeitsbedingungen
There are monitors in the office and everyone is given a laptop. However, the lift often does not work and there are no adequate spaces for lunch breaks.

No commitment to social or environmental issues.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Average salary. Increases are not always granted (not even once a year) and bonuses are completely random.

The online image is good but many employees are not happy.

There is only the possibility of external courses if they are not expensive and related to the current needs of the company. Poor career possibilities.
