Arbeitsatmosphäre
Through the network organisation it is harder to get to know everyone. There is a lot of autonomy laid on interns whereas there is much digital communication which makes the work environment at times ambiguous.

You can always ask for help, there will be someone with the expertise and time to help you :)
Work-Life-Balance
Times are flexible! SGA strives for excellence but definitely understand that a student-intern faces time constraints at some point.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Flat hierarchy makes it easier to come forward with questions and generally everyone will see you as an equal or at least as someone who will be growing through learning.
Interessante Aufgaben
You can always decide to work on additional projects and if your are into sustainability there will be defiantly plenty of interesting things to do.

SGA motivates freelancers to get-together through their network usually these are also middle-aged associates.
