Sinking ship. Would NOT recommend.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Has progressively gotten worse, since management is mainly focused on cost reduction.
Kommunikation
None at all. At least not from management down.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No transparency at all.
On one hand they claim the company is doing great and making profit, on the other they say costs need to be reduced everywhere because it's bleeding money. All this while management is hosting events in extravagent locations.
Blatant lack of communication.
There is no management in Germany anymore. Everything is "ruled" from the top of the mountain in Paris.
The French management has little to no knowledge about German law and thus enforce strange decisions.
Some incompetent and lasy employees are tolerated for years, while others who are hardworking, but have been demotivated by recent managerial methods, are either being fired or treated as if they are the worst.
Some (managers) are trying to reinvent the wheel and walking on 2 legs.
They get others do all the work for them and shortly before it's done, they come around the corner and change the requirements.
When that's done as well, they don't even bother to praise a job well done, or to provide constructive criticism and improvement suggestions if it wasn't done that well.
Gleichberechtigung
Gender equality is fine. However certain nations are priviledged.
Arbeitsbedingungen
There's no office in Munich anymore, so the employees are pretty much forced to work from home.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
No other benefits except the salary.
Meager 25 paid leave days per year.
Image
Has gotten worse over the years, mostly because of bad management.
