A lot of things have been done in the previous period, but I will list the ones I appreciate the most:

Due to our top management and colleagues being based in Germany, aligning on goals can sometimes present challenges.

Like I said, I enjoy working with all my colleagues, everyone in the company were carefully selected to fit the team professionally and personally and I have only nice things to say about them.

I got all the equipment I needed or ever asked for, the office is beautiful with access to outdoor area, always stacked with snacks and drinks, comfortable chairs and airconditioning.
I've never had issues communicating with my supervisors or with any of the teammates.
Since I have information about pay checks I can confirm that there are no pay gaps between male and female workers, all are treated equally.
Administrative work can feel dry from time to time, but I enjoy working with numbers, tables and concrete information.

Solid hard working people, cannot comment on the sales team as a whole, but my interactions with the management, developers and customer success was great. A few new colleagues joined and they are all in it to win it.

Yes, it was a bit chaotic. Nevertheless, I have to say I enjoyed working there. You are flexible with appointments or working from home. The colleagues are super nice. The new boss is doing a good job and has brought out more features than in the previous two years. You can see how the product is developing. Of course there is chaos - especially when a new company is taken over. But you can see that efforts are being made °
