Management does get replaced multiple occasions in short time without any long term strategy behind. Now (mid 2021) management on site has no interest in people, doesn't mind their opinions and is only interested in their personal reputation.

Big insurance company behind bla bla bla, you’re working in Berlin with management on site and really don’t know what’s happening group-wide. Great people got fired or left the company saying everything.
