In general, not a very good company to work for.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Management has not learned to create a good atmosphere because it has a transactional approach.
Kommunikation
There have been some improvements as of late
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Might occasionally exist in some departments, but does not arise from company's culture.
Work-Life-Balance
The company actively encourages people to do overtime work just for the heck of it and several employees are under considerable pressure.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very good in some departments (e.g. content and logistics) to outright nightmarish in others.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is actually a lot to learn if you are in the right position. But this does not always apply.
Gleichberechtigung
Several nationalities represented, but the company is "white men driven"
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
This has never been a problem although most employees are young
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good office
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Does not have one as most of the company's products are junk
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I've heard a people saying that it was above average for the industry. But does always not apply.
Image
Not bad in the industry, but again this is not an industry where a very good image can be cultivated. Most Amazon sellers, by definition, sell junk products.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Management took a lot of time to be convinced that a development budget was needed. But this was approved not out of a conviction but because of pressure from employees, who wanted to see some benefits.
