There is a lot of internal politics which makes it a really toxic environment to work in.
Kommunikation
No clear communication between peers. On my first day, my team had no idea about me. And the HR did not know which team I am joining.

Co-workers were not at all welcoming.

- In comparison, the internal politics is more at the management level than at the team level.
- Superiors had no idea what was happening within the team
- Moving the employees from one team to another without even discussing with the employee
