Entry-level job experience
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Direct and helpfull. Very experienced. He will point out your mistakes and will give you suggestions on how you should improve yourself.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
He seems to be in a bit more stress rarely. Maybe for other, not-work related reasons. I don't think is bad but maybe the employees might get a bit of that stress too.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Maybe some different reactions when a fault occurs. People do mistakes ofcourse. I personally haven't experienced any insultment though.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues always try to help each other
Kommunikation
Sometimes s bit difficult if you don't speak German. The good thing is that most colleagues speak 2-3 languages though. Therefore, I wouldn't consider that a problem at all.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexibility is the key
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Both the General Manager and my department's supervisor are always willing to assist me if any problem or question occurs.
Interessante Aufgaben
The best thing is that you are not under constant surveillance of what project or task you are working on. Therefore, you may be flexible and implement the working strategy that works best for you, make your plan for the day or week ahead. You are able to present both your work and/or any concerns-problems to the team via our 2 weekly scheduled meetings.
Gleichberechtigung
Flat Hierarchy - can express yourself whenever you have a problem without hesitation.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Age doesn't matter at all.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Not that much of a pressure. As said you will receive a task and you can assess how much time you need to accomplish it.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Certifications are a key point of the company
Image
People around me, e.g. classmates and friends are always interested when I talk about the company.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Enables students to build their study and work schedulle.
