Work/Life balance, and very smart and collaborative co-workers. Regular team events to foster the culture.
- Startup mentality - coworkers and management highly appreciate proactive behavior meaning that I was able to steer to a good extent on what topics I was working on
- Very exciting and powerful technology with various application fields - currently a very interesting phase for 20BN on learning how to bring a disruptive technology to market/specific verticals
- Low to no hierarchies. Management is very approachable, down-to-earth and constructive.
- Very fair compensation and flexible work conditions + beautiful, well-equipped and centrally located office in Friedrichshain with great views on the Spree.
- Nothing really. The only minor drawback in my opinion is the cross-office setup resulting in 2-4 working hours overlap with the Toronto Team. Nevertheless, issues is well solved with Slack channels and dedicated meetings in late afternoons.
