Micromanagement, talking down, not open for feedback, not communicating roadmap. Calling the position inbound AE but not enough leads to actually hit target with these leads.

I'm really concerned where this is heading. Management should actually care deeply like it's stated in our values. Maybe ask yourself are we really open for feedback? Do we actually care about our reps and their opinion? Try to sit down, have honest conversations without going into an argument and CARE DEEPLY. Also ask yourself, if everything was working at the start of the year, why is nothing working now? Why is everybody leaving and why did our numbers went down so much? I bet you'll find the answer laying within the management and how people are treated.

Team is great. Management is looking down on you. Hire and fire culture.
Kommunikation
Communication is super bad. Big changes are just made from one day to another. A change will firstly be made and then a few weeks later you'll get the info from someone. Compensation plan is also against german law. Nobody knows what's going on within the team or were we are heading. Management is not open to communicate with reps.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Can't imagine any better one. We're all working together and communicating since management doesn't.
Work-Life-Balance
Able to work remote for 3 months is great. Management often expects to get work done outside of working hours if you have too much stress completing it next to your other tasks.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management looking down on reps calling themself "empaths" but are not open to communicate. Management is talking to you like they're your annoyed girlfriend. Targets are unrealistic. Position is inbound Account Executive but no leads are coming in and management is putting the fault on the reps saying "we don't do enough". Inbound AEs are suppose to just generate pipeline without any leads out of thin air. Management is putting inbound AEs more into an Outbound position without communicating it clearly.

Everyone is furious about the management. Even newer colleagues don't wanna stay. Motivation is almost down to zero and the whole Sales Team is looking for other companies to work for.
