Work-life-Balance is ok, of course project management in automotive environment is challenging from time to time, but I think everybody is aware about this and wants some challenge. Not different like at other competitors.

Somehow image could be improved. Visteon is not so much known as other big players on this industry. But definitely does not need to hide! I can tell this from work-experience at some of the other players.
