Founded in 2018, VIVERE is transforming the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Using AI to power our Platform model, we efficiently create and manage next-generation brands. Our integrated model combines marketing, design, R&D, production, supply chain management, sales, and technology. We have successfully launched 10 brands and 150 products in markets such as beauty, health, wellness, pet care, and home & garden. We sell through Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DtC) channels, and retail. We co-develop brands with creators and communities such as Zumba and help other brands develop high-quality products through our B2B services. We are a team of 60 consumer experts based in Hamburg, where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is becoming a key player in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

All employees are highly skilled in problem-solving, you learn a lot in a short time.
Open-minded people. Ideas are welcome. Opportunities to develop your skills. Taking on your own projects. Good communication with co-workers. The office space and the rooftop terrace.
Sometimes they have different ideas/strategies, and this can create a bit of confusion. But these differences in approach and opinion allowed Vivere to grow horizontally and vertically, providing a limitless offer to the consumer.
Aufstiegschancen sind positionstechnisch nicht wirklich möglich. Zwar gibt es Gehaltserhöhungen, aber mit flachen Hierachien gibt es nur wenig Führungsrollen, wie meistens in Startups.
Hire more permanent staff and fewer interns in key positions to save money. Make sure that employees want to stay with the company for a longer period of time - Offer more perspectives.
Depends. But as there are lot of project going on(simultaneously) some gathered good amount of experience through trials and got a better position somewhere else
