It's telling how Vivy management keeps losing the plot. What still has to happen for something to change? The majority of colleagues are frustrated, many want to leave.
A company's most important asset is not its product. It's the people who work there. Vivy is a good example of what happens when management plays people off against each other. Put they personal interests in the foreground and lose the track of the company.

The fluctuation rate at Vivy is extremely high. Official and unofficial streams no longer work because nobody know each other.
