Being part of Alliance
Work life balance can be improved a lot.
Mandatory office days
Communication is broken only top down.
Higher level personnel doesn’t always have the skills needed.
Fake reviews.
No benefits or at least I didn’t get any.
Contract termination is at best strange and might not be smooth.

Fear of voicing opinions and fake happiness
Mandatory work days and mandatory meetings that sometimes doesn’t have any value.

You don't notice any organizational hierarchies at Vivy. A working student is treated the same as the Managing Directors. The doors of Managing Directors / Team Leads are always open.
Very relaxed and welcoming. Many interesting team events where you can get to know your colleagues and other teams.
My manager makes sure that I don't work overtime. In general, there are no controls on when people come and go. You are quite free to plan your own working hours. what I like most is that you also have the option of working from abroad.
A friendly environment. There is always a listening ear if there is something on your mind. In my team we support & help each other at anytime.
Working with my manager has been a very fulfilling experience. His Leadership is a perfect balance between allowing me to take the lead, driving topics and making decisions, while providing me the right dosage of senior support and guidance. I believe this to be the best-in-class method on how to support growth, allowing me to thrive and continue to improve my skills and knowledge. Our working relationship and interactions have been consistently pleasant and constructive.
Colleagues regularly exchange information in their weekly team meetings and 1:1 with the respective team lead.
In addition, there are regular all-hands meetings in which the entire company is updated on all topics. there are also anonymous Q&A sessions.

- Management team lacks the skillset to set a strategy leading to end-user value/ benefit
- atmosphere of fear in case one opposes Managerial view —> I talked to several former co-workers who quit before me or were fired and people in both cases reported incredibly unprofessional behavior before or during the termination process

- digital health is an exciting environment itself. Vivy being part of it means that tasks are generally quite interesting.
the product idea is not so bad, but will people really use the app?
unrealistic goals. instable product. inefficient processes. turnover of employees much to high.
be honest with yourself ... Vivy will not conquer the world
too many great people leave to soon. average duration of the employment relationship = 8 months ... many leave because of burn out and lost faith
depending on market.
depending on department
