- Allianz SE backs up Vivy, thus there is financial backup secured
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- quantitative research / data are not taken into account in the app (content) development process. This leads to no proper value proposition / benefit of the app to its end-users after more than 3 years of existence of the firm
- Management team lacks the skillset to set a strategy leading to end-user value/ benefit
- atmosphere of fear in case one opposes Managerial view —> I talked to several former co-workers who quit before me or were fired and people in both cases reported incredibly unprofessional behavior before or during the termination process
