Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Allianz SE backs up Vivy, thus there is financial backup secured

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- quantitative research / data are not taken into account in the app (content) development process. This leads to no proper value proposition / benefit of the app to its end-users after more than 3 years of existence of the firm
- Management team lacks the skillset to set a strategy leading to end-user value/ benefit
- atmosphere of fear in case one opposes Managerial view —> I talked to several former co-workers who quit before me or were fired and people in both cases reported incredibly unprofessional behavior before or during the termination process

Unfortunately it seems you did not have a great time working at Vivy. To your points I'd like to say that Data is a key point of how we work. When it comes to management we are sorry to hear you felt unsafe. This is not what we strive for. Even though tough decisions have to be made every day, we view our employees as our most valuable assets.
