Zero work like balance. You basically sell your soul to this company. Expect zero social life and don’t even think of planning something even for the weekend because the ceo or coo can call you at anytime to tell you need to respond to work emails. You are expected to respond to emails even if they reach you at midnight.

The worst experience I have ever had. No one within the management have any managing experience which is clear by the way they manage their team. It’s like illiterate people having power you have to put up with their stupidity. The micromanagement from directors and c level are sickening. They don’t trust you at all. Employees work even when they are sick. If they take sick leave for too long then they get fired. The management style is super passive aggressive. There is no room for proper feedback. They will smile at you and tell you that you suck.
They will make you question your qualifications as they try to make you look stupid for any kind of mistakes you may make. Human beings make mistake, which is only relevant if the mistake is made by management. God forbid you make a few mistakes, they will keep reminding you often by making a list of all of them. My manger did this and they used to remind me of my mistakes I made starting from the 1st week of joining.
