I am a stay at home parent and wants to earn money through working online and it made me disappointed to see many companies that only hire Native speakers. One day, I browse in the ESL Teachers Group in Brazil and I decided to apply in Waijiaoyi. I was amazed that the hiring process was so fast but tedious which is understandable to meet the company’s goal for quality. Now, I am earning regularly and working on a part time basis. Thanks Waijiaoyi!!

Waijiaoyi is not just an ordinary ESL school. It cares for women by employing mothers like me. I have the opportunity to work and at the same time I oftentimes glance my little baby on his crib and it gives me the wonderful feeling. Where can you find an opportunity to be not away from your child and at the same time earn in a decent way to help you financially? Only here in Waijiaoyi!

Working in Waijiaoyi is fulfilling and at the same time ,relaxing. It makes you enjoy the benefits of a well-compensated tutor by being paid even just by staying online! It also lessened the burden of traffic jams and took away the stress of rushing to work everyday. Working in this company is one of the best online jobs that I had! However due to some relocation issues with my husband,I have to let go of this work. I will truly miss my journey here. The cooperativeness of the management cannot be ignored and will be remembered as I will be embarking to another chapter of my life as a teacher. I will never forget the chance that I had to interact with other race and to be able to cultivate the beauty of camaraderie which is definitely priceless.

I have had a positive experience with this company. I have been teaching for almost a month and have been happy with both the company and the type of work. Being able to work from home is very comfortable. You may take a lot of rest and no noisy surroundings, pollution and traffic. Most students are keen to learn which makes the lessons more enjoyable. I have never had any issues receiving my salary. At first I was a bit apprehensive about teaching large groups, however as of now I find it more challenging and not really stressful. All I needed was time management and flexibility.

An excellent company to work for!
I have been treated with respect and dignity by the staff and I have no complaints. They value their teachers and they always have incentives where teachers can participate and earn extra cash. The pay is great as well. Furthermore, Waijiaoyi is open to both natives and n on-natives. Where else could you find that? As such I plan to keep working for them for years to come

I have been working with Waijiaoyi for several months now and it has so far been amazing as this has been the perfect job for me. I can work from home, do what I love, and be a hands-on mom and wife. The company pays well most especially when you work hard. This has been an awesome opportunity and I really look forward to continue working for Waijiaoyi.

Online teaching is the recent trend I tried.
Traditionally, teachers are usually required to follow a pre-designed curriculum and aren’t given much room for their own creativity. But As an ESL teacher, this can vary greatly.
With Waijiaoyi, although we are tasked to follow specific materials, the way we implement them is wholly dependent on us. It allows me more freedom to be as creative as I like as long as I am meeting the class goals.
This is one great thing I really enjoy doing as an artist and a teacher!
