Arbeitsatmosphäre
I have the feeling that I am always welcome to reach out to people which are very eager to support me. Apart from that the team is very easy-going.
Kommunikation
One year ago it was a weakness so to say but since then the company improved a lot to set goals (company- and department-wide) and keep the team informed on all kind of topics, e.g. through a big update meeting every 2nd week or the internal fair "Wandelday" every quarter. Literally you cannot expect more.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within the teams people support each other very strong. Could be slightly improved if it becomes cross-functional.
Work-Life-Balance
With ambitious goals and a vision ahead, it's needed to go the extra mile which can be exhausting sometimes, especially if the team is understaffed. But I am sure it will be paid off soon so that it's all worth it in the end! :)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Nothing to complain about at the moment. Perhaps quite challenging sometimes, but I like that to develop myself.

I am responsible for all topics relating to my department and I get the chance to work on company-wide projects with a meaningful impact.

It seems that it makes no difference if you are male or female. We try to give women a chance to get more into ENG.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We have the privilege to work in one of the nicest offices I have ever seen in my life - the Erlwein in Dresden. Modern furniture, nicely renovated, big terasse for lunch and a beautiful garden for walks.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Compensation is very good in our region and above market.

I worked on a strong brand and image in the past which wasn't aligned with reality all the time. We worked on that for sure and we are becoming more and more pragmatic with feet on the ground which helps us to create something really meaningful.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
In a start-up you cannot expect somethin like trainee or mentorship. Nevertheless, Wandelbots gives his best to offer internal workshops on different topics as well as individual education. Also the newly implemented 360° feedback twice a year helps to work on gaps and develop.
