Not always easy in a fast changing and challenging market environment like wandelbots is in. Management is giving their best to communicate changes & updates as fast as possible even though sometimes it seems a little bit jumpy which is understandable in this kind of scale up company where you learn new things about the market and the people everyday ;)

Working for Wandelbots now over 2 years I always had a really good relationship with my managers. Especially the fact that managers come from corporates or successful scales ups brings a lot of professionalism into the company. Relationship is always on eye level, positively challenging and rewarding.
