They really care about people and give them room to learn and grow. They go the extra mile to ensure employees are happy. It was really the best environment to be in. You get to do what you love with nice, caring, empathetic people.

Of course, no company is perfect but Wandelbots did a lot of things right. I think the communication process could have a bit better, though.
