Perfect. There are a couple of office days in month, but all the rest you can work from wherever you want in Germany. The working hours are flexible. So you can have two kids, full time job and still find time to do some sport in between or have time for yourself.

we have really nice colleagues who are more then 16 years in a company. The one thing - now it can be pretty tuff time for them as company grows and becomes more international. So soon english will be the main communication language over the departments. Company supports them and offers english course, but it still can be pretty challenging to them

We have a "green team" who is taking care of activities against the global worming or do some cool staff like fund raising in case of emergencies.
