Please hire emphatic managers. Create efficient structures, distribute the work better. And stop blaspheming. It's unbearable.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There is a lot of complaining and gossiping. Internal and external aggression is openly and loudly aired. Joint team activities had to be self-financed, even if they were in the context of architectural training.
Image
Big difference between image and reality. It almost seems as if they are wishing for sustainability for Christmas. But little is done about it. Everyone complains all the time.
Work-Life-Balance
Overtime is rewarded with respect, if you leave early or take your planned vacation, you can expect bullying. However, the number of vacation days is the same for everyone and is quite high for the architecture sector (30).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can continue your education. Sometimes, however, it was even prevented by other colleagues because they were afraid of missing out.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is below average, the social benefits are OK. When asked about higher salaries in the wake of inflation, the answer was that it would be no fun to transfer money to Germany at the moment. Sport is partly paid. Bike leasing was offered in the job interview, but it never materialized. There is free fruit. Thanks for that.

There is a will among some colleagues.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People who don't have to work together treat each other with respect. However, there is so much pressure within the project teams that this cannot be absorbed by the project managers and disputes almost always arise.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Partly OK. However, I experienced an older colleague being referred to as Santa Claus because of his beard and age.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
People make fun of employees' body sizes and clothing if they are not in the room. Sometimes even when they are present. Vacation requests are accepted, but commented on accordingly. Better not to take a vacation and work like Sisyphus until you drop. Conflicts are also carried out loudly, as already described
Arbeitsbedingungen
Computer, Software and Hardware is extremely good. Everybody has access to the latest programs. However, the office situation can be described as quite poor. There is a night club situated directly under the office. After 8pm, which can happen quite often, it is not possible to work concentrated. Some teams are under extreme stress, some are kept busy with “occupational therapy”.
Kommunikation
The company functions like a public authority. Internal processes take an extremely long time. Things only go faster if the person working on the project likes you. Important project information is sometimes not passed on during handovers or does not exist at all. The parent company provides information about figures, but these are presented without any context, which leads to an even more bad atmosphere.
Gleichberechtigung
Women apparently have the same opportunities as men.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some of the projects are very interesting and initially pursue high standards, such as sustainability. But in the end it's concrete.
