Nice team atmosphere, colleagues work together to achieve goals, very proactive, curious and international team. Many team events to foster company culture and community.
Kommunikation
works okay for a growing startup due to the fact that we're using the Workpath software also ourselves, could however be better between teams. On company level very transparent with regular Townhall meetings.

No 9 to 5 but okay due to very flexible working hours and remote work possibilities. Relatively little amount of vacation days

Generally good. Partly relatively young teamleads with limited amount of experience

Centrally located office and very flexible remote office possibilities. Hardware equipment and desk setup should be improved.

Salaries are okay for a startup but benefits would be appreciated (lunch subsidies, public transport ticket, phones, job bikes, gym membership, nursery subsidies, BAV, Corporate Benefits etc.)

Personal development budget for every employee. Company is heavily growing which enables plenty of opportunities to further develop.
