great culture and greate colleagues that turn into friends!
high personal development budget
Vacationdays are moderate
no parking spots at the office
no baV
Better Officespace
baV
Headsets for every (remote) employee
Homeoffice/Food supply
flat hierarchies without hesitation to ask anybody about anything
could be improved - but tbh, is sometimes my fault
can also grow into different departments or wherever you personally want to develop to
could be improved - for a startup in the "early phase" okay
benefits such as Jobrad, food supply or baV are missing. That is something to really improve on. But 4 stars because that is actually the expectation that I had
really love the team alignment and that everybody cheers each other
mostly young colleagues but the elderly are loved and appreciated
managers really want to improve the people!!! BIG PLUS!
really transparent about everything. CEO does speak in biweekly townhalls about the current status quo.
Love the team spirit! It's such a friendly and helpful environment which enables you to grow (of course there's proactiveness from our side required as well).
Love the option to grow not only up but also in other departments.
Also really appreciate the new work methods we use, agile working and the flexibility we have (homeoffice, remote work - I think appr. 30-40 days per year).
Regular team events.
Like that colleagues/leadership really appreciates feedback and want to become better!
It's a big challenge for every company I guess: Including all the (fully) remote colleagues into the culture.
Office is nice but still has more potential (they are working on it, we have an office manager now who takes care).
more benefits
- great atmosphere
- open minded and friendly people
- cooking lunch together
- singing a lot of karaoke together at team events
- very flexible, you can plan your day by yourself
everything in our company is digital. no paper waste
You get a Feedback every week so you can develop yourself fast
- supportive colleagues
- office is very central
- flexible working
- remote / hybrid working
The people you get work with, our product and its future, as well as the clients I get to work with.
Great atmosphere, very relaxed and down to earth people.
Company is super flexible and let's people be super autonomous when it comes to planning how and when to work. Amazing!
With fast growth comes a lot of opportunities to develop in your career here. Yet, the path is not 100% clear with all the (senior) new hires coming in.
Fair for a startup, but cannot compare to corporate salaries.
We are all pushing to one common goal and therefore everyone works together towards that goal. You get support whenever you need.
Very young company, but everyone here is treated equally!
Very flat hierarchies, everyone is super approachable and helpful!
Everyone is welcome, accepted and supported here!
Super exciting and interesting work that can be done here!
- Very smart motivated teams that are open and eager to learn and become better every week
- Fast growth and continuous development in all departments
- I like the problem and topic we are working on and that it can have a big impact on many large organizations and the people that work in it
Interesting projects, cool team and product
Sometimes it lacks structure and the time to work thoroughly enough
better communication between teams, more detailed onboarding of new colleagues, with a growing team also family friendliness becomes more important and should be taken into consideration
Nice team atmosphere, colleagues work together to achieve goals, very proactive, curious and international team. Many team events to foster company culture and community.
No 9 to 5 but okay due to very flexible working hours and remote work possibilities. Relatively little amount of vacation days
Personal development budget for every employee. Company is heavily growing which enables plenty of opportunities to further develop.
Salaries are okay for a startup but benefits would be appreciated (lunch subsidies, public transport ticket, phones, job bikes, gym membership, nursery subsidies, BAV, Corporate Benefits etc.)
Generally good. Partly relatively young teamleads with limited amount of experience
Centrally located office and very flexible remote office possibilities. Hardware equipment and desk setup should be improved.
works okay for a growing startup due to the fact that we're using the Workpath software also ourselves, could however be better between teams. On company level very transparent with regular Townhall meetings.
the overall environment of ambitious people
could be more family friendly and support with BAV
show on the labour market what a great employer we are and what an innovative product we have
the atmosphere is always great and every new worktpathian is warmly welcomed
Working on it with our new meaningful outcomes campaign
no 9 to 5 job but regarding flexible & mobile working possibilities I think it the work life balance overall is good
personal development budget
people who started as working students are now in the leadership range
I think for a start up the salary is pretty good - but could always be better I guess
never seen such a high motivated and supporting team
every leader is pretty supportive in all kind of topics
in teams the communication is good, but I think it could be better crossfunctional
I think in terms of interesting tasks workpath is unbeatable
everyday is a day with new challenges - and this is what I love
Great spirit and so it is absolutely fun to work at Workpath!
This should be assessed by external!
Fine, but as we are still a Start-up you cannot expect 9 to 5
There are possibilities to develop and position yourself within the organization. But only the future shows if that works...
For a Start-up it is fine.
One very important topic for Workpath. End of 2021 the meaningful outcome campaign was started and one part of that campaign was "how can we be more sustainable"
As already said, great spirit and so it is absolutely fun to work at Workpath! I would also meet my colleagues outside of work.
More senior colleagues are very welcome, especially because the young workforce really appreciates their experiences.
They definitely do the best they can. So far very junior leadership team with limited experiences in leading people, but this is now getting better with very experienced new VPs from Software Unicorns.
Nothing to complain!
We are using OKRs so transparency is key. Short communication lines.
Very diverse team I really appreciate! (so I guess YES!)
Most interesting is that you can learn so much about strategy execution in big corporations.
Alle Teammitglieder, die ich kennengelernt habe, waren sehr freundlich und konstruktiv.
Colleagues are super super nice and helpful from day 1. They try to include everyone as good as possible. You get an appreciation for being there really fast. Also there is a good base of trust. You get your responsibilities very fast.
I only work part time so this is fine for me, no one is expecting me to work more, they are respecting my worktime schedule. Can't evaluate it regarding a fulltime employment.
They are focused on behaving sustainable as good as they can.
Can only evaluate this within my team so far, but this is really great and inspiring. Really nice personalities and everyone cares!
There are not many older colleagues
Respectful and trustful. Proactive behavior. Honest and direct feedback.
Really nice office!
Regular info meetings for the whole company (town hall meeting, every 2 weeks) and weekly (daily) updates with my team. Possibility to ask anonymous questions in the town hall meeting is a pretty good option as well. And also spontaneous questions get answered during the Q&A Session every 2 weeks. There is also a (monthly) company survey where you can tell everything whats on your mind.
Young company with a strong mission, there a lots of interesting to-dos. For me it was very personalized - based on my strenghts and interests. Love it.
So verdient kununu Geld.
