Worldia Review
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The general team is enjoyable to work with. They offer some flexibility with working hours and provide you with everything you need to work.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The pay is not great.
Limited flexibility when working from home. Only one day a week seems too little. I understand there needs to be communication between teams, but This can still be achieved working 2 days from home and 3 in office.
Additionally, They only want to hire working students as it is cheaper. But this just means people need to be onboarded and trained more frequently which takes up more time, rather than employing people full time.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Don't jump into things too quickly. When trying to implement a new feature, make sure it actually works and doesn't lead to more questions/issues/problems. It feels like a lot of things they want to bring to the market too quickly without sorting out basic issues first. Seems they want to sort them out as the come up rather than prevent them.
Also a commission based bonus for sales and ops staff based on if the booking that was being worked on was booking or now. Each deal has an ops and travel advisor attached to it. If the trip happens with little problem, they could earn a bonus based on this.
