Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Fare work place, appreciation for dedicated people giving there best, costumer focus and open to constructive criticism. Suggestion from costumers are implemented asap and feedback from employee is valued and take in consideration! Great leadership! The progress of WSCAD in last 6-7 years is the proof!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The vision and expectation of the management is quite high for some projects and some time we can not get there whit the resources we have. They try to help to many costumers in the same time forgetting sometime that we can not save all at once!

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Great company being on the growing curve as market share and costumer satisfaction. WSCAD is pushing hard to deliver better quality every year and revolutionary products in CAE field.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Great people, friendly and like them all, it is my choice. I strongly believe the atmosphere is the sum of all attitude we bring at work every day. If you bring frustration and negative energy every day soon you will collect the same. Be happy and enjoy life in the real sense and you will love your job. If you don't love your life make a change, if you don't love your job make a change, but do not blame a company or someone that you are not happy !

Kommunikation

It is way better then other places I work, keeping in mind we have a monthly update from the CEO with status, progress and congratulate the best of us for that month. In other companies we have one meeting in the beginning of the year with the CEO an one in the end of the year, to mention how good he did or how bad we perform.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I believe we are united and we work good together. We can always improve, from my point of view time and working together on projects is the best glue between people. We have a lot of smart people with great ideas, but personality kicks in here and there and we have to work on that, we can not have 3 captains in the same time:)

Work-Life-Balance

You have flex hours, possibility to work 1-2 days from home. As an employee you are granted with full trust, you will work your 40 hours. They never mentioned implementing a tracking software/system with clock in and out for working time compare with other company's working in the same field! You can plan your vacation and is always granted, if you do not take it all you can postpone up to Q1 next year for special cases. Even if you work 10 min more you put it as overtime, no one expect to work more that you are paid for. Family is a priority here, I saw employee coming with kids at work sometime, you can adjust your schedule according to your kindergarten with out any problem.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

It is the first company I work for where I get a realistic target and is not overrated, so we can achieve it some time easy some time not that easy. The idea is that higher targets are also good , to stimulate people to push them self for higher achievements.

Interessante Aufgaben

Work is well balanced from my point of view, if you are organized and focus on your work you have enough time to get the job done. When is to much you can always ask for help or you can complain, it is up to you;)

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

All the people that are with us for long time they get the respect and appreciation, we have people with more then 10 years in the company. I know we hire people base on competence and positive attitude , age was never an issue.

Arbeitsbedingungen

I have all I need to get the job done. If some collages want the latest technology I believe they can get it as long is motivated and is not just a nice to have;). We have a quite location, parking spaces, stores near by possibility to come in by bike. Most of it is open space and also close offices depending o the position.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

I believe is a fare company that try to keep in balance what you bring in and what you deliver. Not what is the average salary on the market because it is a trend! Here I believe each one of us should ask themselves : Do I deserve the money I get for the job I do ? Are you willing to give a part of the money back if you did not deliver what you promise ? I strongly believe if you bring the value you will get the salary you deserve:)
